New Quartet Session Begins

You're invited to sign up!  A quartet is:

*4 students, 1 instructor on the Pilates equipment

*Now: Kettlebell Cardio Quartets available!  Jump start your cardio with Pilates equipment work plus kettlebells and jumpboard

*Sign up for 1x, 2x, or 3x a week packages

*When you and a referred friend sign up for any package, you each receive a 1 hour complimentary massage

New Ultimate Body Conditioning Class

Join us from 8:15 to 9am Tuesdays and Thursdays starting October 20th for the ultimate class in body conditioning.

Jeffrey Rockland, Personal Trainer, International Dancer and Choreographer will teach 45 minutes integrating:

-core strengthening

-balance challenge

-strength training

Get your heart rate up, tone those muscles and strengthen your core.  Kick start your day and set the tone before the holidays!

12 Classes, 2x per week: $120.  Save 20% when you sign up with a friend!
