Quartets are:
*A workout on the Pilates equipment with four students and 1 instructor
*A fun and challenging way to build strength, flexibility and core power
*An affordable way to do Pilates equipment work once, twice or even three times per week
Red Monkey Studio has:
*quartets for all levels. Classes morning, afternoon and evening.
*excellent, highly-trained teachers with 70+ years of combined teaching experience
*a unique style: we work together to provide a fun, inviting atmosphere while encouraging you toward your fitness goals (whether as a competitive cyclist looking to improve performance, a person who wants to be more toned, flexible and strong, or someon who wants to get rid of chronic pain and start living actively again)
