Advanced Pilates: Looking for a challenge? For students looking to take their Pilates practice to the next level. Faster paced mat work.
Egoscue Posture: Straighten the body, then strengthen it! Based on the Egoscue Method, this class pulls from yoga, traditional exercise programs, and basic movements to wake up and rebalance the muscles. This class will improve your posture, strengthen your core, and rid your body of chronic pain.
Pilates Mat: Strengthen, stretch and tone your whole being while gaining flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, and stamina.
Power Flow Yoga: A level 1/2; this class offers students a chance to form and deepen their yoga practice through an exploration of a range of asanas, including arm balances and inversions, followed by pranayama and meditation. All postures designed to release toxins, gain strength and flexibility, and promote calmness of mind.
Stretch & Relax (AKA Yamuna Body Rolling): Release tension and stretch those tight muscles...all without "stretching". Like a self massage, using balls to roll out the body and gain flexibility and open the joints and spine. Great for connective tissue and facial release.
Sweet Tunes of Em-POWER-ment: Become more "in tune" with your body. Increase cardiovascular endurance and your muscular strength and power. Enjoy a combination of classic and new resistance training moves to the rhythm of Latin and Smooth beats. Move to music and get in great shape!
Zumba: A fun fusion of Latin music and dance themes combined to create a dynamic, motivating, and effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic training with a combo of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
