A New Year and A New You

To kick off 2010 with a powerful start, join us for the next 12-week Quartet Session beginning February 1st and running though April 24th.  Red Monkey offers quartet classes for all levels and at all times of day---morning, afternoon and evening.

 A quartet is:
 
*4 students, 1 instructor on the Pilates equipment

*A fun and challenging way to build strength, flexibility and core power

*An affordable way to do Pilates equipment work once, twice or even three times per week
 
What makes our quartets different?

*Full Hour classes

*Personalized attention (never more than 4!) in an welcoming, energized atmosphere

*Use every type of Pilates apparatus: chairs, reformers, wall units, barrels

*Never the same boring routine: creative, professional teaching (it’s fun!)

*Add the cardio element to your strength training

*Always time for stretching, crucial for your flexibility and feel-good goals

New Saturday Mat Classes
Join us every Saturday at 9am for Pilates Mat Class and at 10am for Active Stretch.  Both classes are taught by Becca and promise a fun, challenging and diverse mat workout (9am), followed by 60 minutes of relaxing, energizing stretch and flexibility work.
